Hello all

Hey everyone!

I've just sat down to finish up the next comic and I will be posting it a little later today.

I hope everyone is doing alright and aren't too heavily affected with the recent economic crisis. Everyone seems to be feeling it in varying degrees in one way or another. My best to everyone. Swaptrick will continue to be a place for nerds to hang out, even though my time has been very strained as of late. I work 40-52 hours a week these days and I next week I am submitting my application for our local county's police testing center. I have a few things going on and keeping up with the internets has been difficult so I apologize for the lack of activity. Thank you to all who continue to read!

Hey all, hope you enjoy my tribute to the Joker and excellent radio services.

I happened upon an awesome videogame store in Orlando Florida earlier tonight (or last night as it is now 4 am) called Play and Trade Videogames. You can check their link on the main page. These guys rule. Their store is decked out with more HDTV's than I care to recall, and they are more than willing to work with us to put together a big gaming event for the people of Orlando and all others who wish to attend. There is a strong possibility we will see a Swaptrick: Open Warfare tournament there in the future. They simply have all of the equipment already set up and the only thing that stands in our way is deciding which games to include, a marketing campaign, and gaining even more prizes from our awesome affiliates! An Orlando location (especially one this well equipped) would mean more exposure for Swaptrick, as well as more funds to help build up to an Open Warfare event in our local territory. Here's to our new friends in O-Town.

I swear to God a comic is on the way. Actually several are. I have 3 written, and of those one is drawn, one is nearly done being drawn, and the other was written today.

Sorry for the lateness I have been very busy. Happily I have still been putting plans together for our "Open Warfare" tournament, going as far as to design the logo earlier today. As long as the equipment can be obtained and the staff collected yet again, we can have this new and interesting event. Geeks.com is still going strong for us and sending us some awesome prize material also. Stay tuned.

Sad news
Tuesday 19 August 2008 - 01:20:31

I just found out, and I need to inform everyone that Thuy Trang, the actress who played Trini the Yellow Ranger on the original series of Power Rangers died in a car wreck September 1st, 2001. What a horrible couple of weeks for our country that would turn out to be.
